Haiku?

I’m way too honest for my own good.
I sometimes commend myself on a lie well told.
I have an inverted conscience.

    Actually, no. You see, haikus are defined formally and thematically. Your attempt lacks both the expected 5-7-5 syllabic structure and a suitably nature-oriented subject,
