I was in Std 9 (you can work out the grade yourself) and playing under 19 cricket for Avendale Cricket Club. My brother left school at the end of the previous year so it was the beginning of a whole new era for me. Solo travelling. Co-incidentally, it was also the year I realised I walked a lot faster than he did. I got introduced to 6 of my best friends in that year i.e Yacko, Wacko, Dot, Pinky, Brain and Freakazoid. Sadly, I no longer hang with any of these guys but I'd like to hook-up with them again soon. Ahmed Johnson body-slammed 600+ pound Yokozuma.......twice. Also the year I last saw Razor Ramon in a wrestling ring. Austin Powers. In May of that year I turned 16.
